Huracan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave COPINA FC the free kick. Rui Arantes hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the COPINA FC defense, Ezequiel da Rocha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carmelo Tartalo. The COPINA FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carmelo Tartalo should have stopped the shot. 19 minutes into the game, Huracan's Ezequiel da Rocha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carmelo Tartalo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Victorino Deunoro scored 0-5 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carmelo Tartalo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Ezequiel da Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 27 played minutes COPINA FC got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Diegotxe. With a little luck, Huracan's Felix Berdoi got control of the ball when Godofredo Isusko tried to sneak it across the goal line. Huracan's Ezequiel da Rocha got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Huracan's Carmelo Tartalo threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ezequiel da Rocha, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Ezequiel da Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carmelo Tartalo came out of the goal and Ezequiel da Rocha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of COPINA FC booed when Huracan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Bras didn't get a good kick on the ball. Although COPINA FC had been in control for most of the match, Huracan still came away with the win.
