CLUB A LANUS's Juan Indalecio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save CLUB A LANUS from getting a goal against them. In the 15th minute, Armando Verdes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Juan Indalecio. The goal made the score 1-0. After having played for 23 minutes, Niceto Arias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CLUB A LANUS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niceto Arias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lino Isauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Pumahuasi AFC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Stefan Budacz hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the match, Danilo Felo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Florencio Eudoxio. Pumahuasi AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Danilo Felo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When Lino Isauro fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pumahuasi AFC's protests and gave Lino Isauro a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Pumahuasi AFC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Lino Isauro hit a great ball. In the 39th minute, Danilo Felo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Santiago Javiero's late challenge caught a Pumahuasi AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Santiago Javiero helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Pumahuasi AFC booed when CLUB A LANUS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Javiero didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to CLUB A LANUS getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Santiago Javiero hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lino Isauro was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Lino Isauro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lino Isauro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Danilo Felo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the match, Pumahuasi AFC's Lino Isauro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juan Indalecio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lino Isauro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lino Isauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Indalecio having to interfere. In the 79thth minute of the game Danilo Felo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pumahuasi AFC's Florencio Eudoxio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the CLUB A LANUS defense, Lino Isauro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Indalecio. The CLUB A LANUS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Indalecio should have stopped the shot. In the 85th minute Lino Isauro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Indalecio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juan Indalecio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lino Isauro in the 92nd minute of the match. Lino Isauro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Juan Indalecio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pumahuasi AFC fully deserved thier win.
