Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute Silvano Oidor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Telesforo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvano Oidor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Javiar in the 8th minute of play forced Tambillos's goalkeeper Erasmo Telesforo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Chinto in the 10th minute of play forced New World's goalkeeper Conrado Weather to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th match minute, New World was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Birila to maneuver through the defense. After 13 played minutes, Tambillos's Zeledon Mendez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Conrado Weather came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tambillos reached it. After 15 played minutes New World got a freekick which was hit by Guido Maurin. Conrado Weather took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Chinto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of New World booed when Tambillos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Lando didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Tambillos defense, Silvano Oidor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erasmo Telesforo. The Tambillos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erasmo Telesforo should have stopped the shot. Tambillos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Adrian Romo scored to the left of an out of position Erasmo Telesforo, making the score, 3-0. Filomeno Javiar struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Erasmo Telesforo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for New World.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silvano Oidor made a kick off. If Silvano Oidor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Erasmo Telesforo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Oidor in the 63rd minute of play. Silvano Oidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasmo Telesforo having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lázaro Chinto during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 75 minutes into the match, Tambillos's goal looked a bit too open when Silvano Oidor came free, but Erasmo Telesforo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victoriano Lon lost his temper 76 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 76th minute, one of New World:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for New World. Lázaro Chinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Tambillos defense, Silvano Oidor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erasmo Telesforo. The Tambillos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erasmo Telesforo should have stopped the shot. In the 90th minute, Adrian Romo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erasmo Telesforo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvano Oidor, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
