In the 14th match minute, Los Tira Humo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Cordareo to maneuver through the defense. 0-2 became the score in the 16th minute when Eloy Bieito elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Venancio Llin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severo Edwardo in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Chischaquita's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Gai came free, but Venancio Llin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Raimundo Maldonado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. When the match clock showed 43 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Arsenio Gai sped through Chischaquita's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Venancio Llin. Arsenio Gai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Venancio Llin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Los Tira Humo were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Vinicio Pirro made the kick off in the second half. Arsenio Gai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Llin having to interfere. Raimundo Maldonado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Venancio Llin was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Arsenio Gai capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arsenio Gai really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. After 60 played minutes Chischaquita got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Petrigai. 61 minutes into the match, Eloy Bieito dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Venancio Llin, 0-6. In the 64th minute, Eloy Bieito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Venancio Llin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arsenio Gai's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Raimundo Maldonado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Llin having to interfere. Vinicio Pirro kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Eloy Bieito who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Venancio Llin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Chischaquita's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Severo Edwardo scored to the left of an out of position Venancio Llin, making the score, 0-7. Venancio Llin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arsenio Gai, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Eloy Bieito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Venancio Llin made a huge save. Eloy Bieitos short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Venancio Llin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Arsenio Gai came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Los Tira Humo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arsenio Gai couldn't finish the play. Raimundo Maldonado kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Eloy Bieito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Arsenio Gai kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Venancio Llin. That made the score 0-8 in the 95 minute of play. The Chischaquita fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Los Tira Humo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
