Fabricio Balendin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Cleto Marko when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, ABRIL's Cleto Marko got control of the ball when Fabricio Balendin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cleto Marko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabricio Balendin, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Independiente FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Asur came free, but Diego Gaueko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabricio Balendin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Marko having to interfere. A collision led to ABRIL getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Norberto Salomone hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the game, Fabricio Balendin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Cleto Marko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gogo Cordaryal during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 32nd minute, Gogo Cordaryal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Cleto Marko successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The referee ignored Independiente FC's protests and gave 余川潮 a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of ABRIL booed when Independiente FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. 余川潮 didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vladimiro Asur was the one to do the kick off. When Fabricio Balendin came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Independiente FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabricio Balendin couldn't finish the play. Cleto Marko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 余川潮 in the 59th minute of play. Independiente FC's Fabricio Balendin got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. ABRIL's Elvio Mouricio got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elvio Mouricio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Gaueko having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Elvio Mouricio notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Independiente FC's Diego Gaueko. Diego Gaueko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Independiente FC's Carolo Veronica got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the game, Carolo Veronica cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. In the 81stth minute of the game Vladimiro Asur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Independiente FC's Diego Gaueko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
