Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Aureliano Nahia started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th match minute, Santillán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Pio to maneuver through the defense. 4 minutes into the match, Katrinita fc's Modesto Polentzi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Placido Egoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benigno Godoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 12th minute of the game. One of Katrinita fc:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Santillán:s goal. In the 20th minute, Santillán's Bruno Opilano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Jacinto Havier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santillán's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacinto Havier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Placido Egoitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 27 minutes into the match, Santillán's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Polentzi came free, but Danilo Austin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28 minutes, Arturo Natal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Santillán and the Katrinita fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th minute, Arturo Natal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Santillán's zone, Modesto Polentzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Austin came out of the goal and Modesto Polentzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Santillán's Aureliano Nahia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Placido Egoitz. That made the score 3-0 after 35 minutes of play. A collision led to Katrinita fc getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Nereo Izotz hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Santillán's Placido Egoitz threw himself towards the right post 41 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aureliano Nahia, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Placido Egoitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bruno Opilano in the 43rd minute. Placido Egoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Nahia in the 44th minute of play. Bruno Opilano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Egoitz having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Modesto Polentzi made a kick off. Arturo Natal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Placido Egoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliano Nahia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute, Bonifacio Austin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Opilano struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Placido Egoitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Santillán. In the 60th minute, Aureliano Nahia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santillán fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. If Modesto Polentzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Nahia in the 66th minute of play forced Katrinita fc's goalkeeper Placido Egoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Katrinita fc's zone, Arturo Natal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Placido Egoitz came out of the goal and Arturo Natal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Katrinita fc's Placido Egoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Nahia in the 70th minute of play. Benigno Godoy scored 5-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Placido Egoitz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 74 minutes, Bruno Opilano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santillán's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Opilano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 83rdth minute of the game Modesto Polentzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santillán's Danilo Austin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aureliano Nahia took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Placido Egoitz. Placido Egoitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Modesto Polentzi got free with Danilo Austin in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Natal in the 94th minute of play forced Katrinita fc's goalkeeper Placido Egoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Santillán had played much better football throughout.
