Spectators: 7082 (Terracing: 5344, Seating: 1638, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Paolo Innocenzio kicked off to start the match. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Ermegildo Gelacio sped through Escalante FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lino Modestio. The supporters of Guillon City F.C. booed when Escalante FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Urbez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 17 played minutes Escalante FC got a freekick which was hit by Inocencio Rumaldo. After 19 played minutes Escalante FC got a freekick which was hit by Bartolo Mero. After 22 minutes of play, Guillon City F.C.'s Paolo Innocenzio made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lino Modestio was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Ermegildo Gelacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ermegildo Gelacio might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lino Modestio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ermegildo Gelacio ran back to his position shaking his head. Ermegildo Gelacio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacobo Faron kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Guillon City F.C.'s zone, Inocencio Rumaldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Celino came out of the goal and Inocencio Rumaldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Urbano Shantala charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Urbano Shantala the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd minute, Urbano Shantala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ermegildo Gelacio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mauricio Ishmael made a kick off. Paolo Innocenzio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Modestio having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Paolo Innocenzio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guillon City F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Paolo Innocenzio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lino Modestio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lino Modestio came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Guillon City F.C.'s Ermegildo Gelacio. But to his dismay, Ermegildo Gelacio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Ermegildo Gelacio might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lino Modestio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ermegildo Gelacio ran back to his position shaking his head. Inocencio Rumaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paolo Innocenzio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ermegildo Gelacio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Lino Modestio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Escalante FC's Lino Modestio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Escalante FC from getting a goal against them. If Paolo Innocenzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guillon City F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
