After having played for 96 minutes, Fernan Cordario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Godoy Cruz Antonio Tomba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernan Cordario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Godoy Cruz Antonio Tomba played a much better game than Club Deportivo Coreano and deserved their victory. The Club Deportivo Coreano players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
