The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Leguizamón getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. In the 7th minute Baldomero Eguen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualterio Lauaxeta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baldomero Eguen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 13 minutes into the game, Tomás Oinatz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Iker Jakobe. Tomás Oinatz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. La ResaKa's Iker Jakobe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Pierres in the 17th minute of play. Hilario Nuxila charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hilario Nuxila the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Leguizamón booed when La ResaKa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hilario Nuxila didn't get a good kick on the ball. Uriel Lia kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Gualterio Lauaxeta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Tadzio, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomás Oinatz got free with Iker Jakobe in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. La ResaKa's Baldomero Eguen got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hilario Nuxila struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Gualterio Lauaxeta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La ResaKa. Iker Jakobe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Pierres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Honorato Estevez struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baldomero Eguen made a kick off. Iker Jakobe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomás Oinatz went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 72nd minute, Tomás Oinatz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iker Jakobe was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the 75th minute Ivan Pierres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Jakobe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomás Oinatz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute, Clodoveo Distiratsu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Leguizamón fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Leguizamón's Tomás Oinatz got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. La ResaKa's Alonzo Belo was substituted for Honorato Estevez. La ResaKa's Iker Jakobe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Oinatz in the 89th minute of play. Iker Jakobe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Distiratsu in the 91st minute of the match. Leguizamón's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
