An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Jurgi in the 3rd minute of play forced DiabolicosFc's goalkeeper Luis Cedro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. DiabolicosFc were furious when Tiburcio Pereyra was red carded, 5 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 4 minutes into the game, one of DiabolicosFc:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Domingo Padro walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Bart Kaufmann's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Albano Baristo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. After having played for 18 minutes, Juan Juan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DiabolicosFc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Juan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Bart Kaufmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luis Cedro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Jurgi in the 27th minute of the match. Bart Kaufmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bart Kaufmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bart Kaufmann in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albano Baristo saved Pourtalé FC from getting behind. In the 37th minute Osvaldo Jurgi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Cedro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bart Kaufmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of DiabolicosFc booed when Pourtalé FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Opilano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Bart Kaufmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. DiabolicosFc's supporters rose to their feet, but Bart Kaufmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albano Baristo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Juan Juan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laureano Txeru's late challenge caught a Pourtalé FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Laureano Txeru helped the player get up and apologised. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juan Juan made a kick off. Albano Baristo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Netto, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Luis Cedro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Jurgi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Bart Kaufmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute, one of Pourtalé FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pourtalé FC. When the match had been going on for 65 minutes, DiabolicosFc's Juan Juan got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Albano Baristo. The crowd rose to their feet as DiabolicosFc's Bart Kaufmann slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Albano Baristo. That made the score 0-3 after 68 minutes of play. DiabolicosFc's Elias Netto got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of DiabolicosFc booed when Pourtalé FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Opilano didn't get a good kick on the ball. DiabolicosFc's Juan Juan got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Pourtalé FC's Tadeo Heriberto got a free kick in the 94th minute. Juan Juan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 98thth minute of the game Bart Kaufmann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pourtalé FC's Albano Baristo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Pourtalé FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. DiabolicosFc were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
