The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Michel Paraense showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by Hector Pagomari got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 江誉荣 was a little too slow when Alonzo Bernal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 8th minute. The score was now 1-0. La Gloria's Alonzo Bernal got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Alonzo Bernal managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Gloria's supporters rose to their feet, but Alonzo Bernal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 江誉荣 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 18th match minute, la banda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benigno Liher to maneuver through the defense. La Gloria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alonzo Bernal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alonzo Bernal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute, Hector Pagomari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hector Pagomari got free with 江誉荣 in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Benedicto Silviano came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the la banda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benedicto Silviano couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Bernal in the 40th minute of play forced la banda's goalkeeper 江誉荣 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 49th of the match, Alonzo Bernal tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but 江誉荣 got in the way and made a wonderful save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roman Urbes was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, La Gloria's Michel Paraense got control of the ball when Benedicto Silviano tried to sneak it across the goal line. A hard shot 60 in the game by Benedicto Silviano from a close distance when the talented Michel Paraense managed to make a qualified save. La Gloria's players were relieved. 江誉荣 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Pagomari in the 67th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, la banda's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Pagomari came free, but 江誉荣 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 江誉荣 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Pagomari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximo Hunfredo kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alonzo Bernal in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 江誉荣 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 79 minutes, Alonzo Bernal made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. la banda's 江誉荣 tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Alonzo Bernal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. La Gloria's Michel Paraense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Urbes in the 86th minute of play. Benedicto Silviano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel Paraense having to interfere. The la banda fans' excitement grew in the 90th match minute when la banda's Benedicto Silviano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 96 minutes into the game, one of La Gloria:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The la banda supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing la banda would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
