Spectators: 6647 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1647, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Segundo Lehen started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Marco Sansone ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valentin Poncio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Cazón booed when Grantes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Vedillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Grantes FC's goalkeeper Ramiro Dacio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ceferino Celio. In the 12th minute Segundo Lehen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Dacio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Maximiliano Geleberto notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Cazón's Valentin Poncio. Valentin Poncio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 27 minutes into the match, Cazón's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Sansone came free, but Valentin Poncio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximiliano Geleberto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Valentin Poncio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute of the match Narciso Vedillo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Valentin Poncio skillfully saved the ball. Valentin Poncio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marco Sansone went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Valentin Poncio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Geleberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Marco Sansone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maximiliano Geleberto struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Valentin Poncio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grantes FC. In the 46th minute, Marco Sansone ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valentin Poncio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. The Cazón players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Grantes FC were winning 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marco Sansone was the one to do the kick off. If Marco Sansone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximiliano Geleberto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Maximiliano Geleberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Grantes FC's Ramiro Dacio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ceferino Celio in the 67th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cazón's Andres Gorbea got a free kick in the 69th minute. After having played for 71 minutes, Astor Burni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grantes FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Astor Burni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 73rd minute of the match, Marco Sansone got a very nice opportunity to score, but Valentin Poncio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpected shot in the 82nd minute by Maximiliano Geleberto got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Marco Sansone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 94 minutes of play, Cazón's Claudio Baldovino made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ramiro Dacio was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle sounded Grantes FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cazón.
