The crowd rose to their feet as La 94 Del Trico's Orlando Ondino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arturo Obeko. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. Orlando Ondino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Obeko having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, Emanuel Aznaro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arturo Obeko. Emanuel Aznaro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Viedma AFC's Arturo Obeko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Viedma AFC from getting a goal against them. Juan Lapurdi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Gilberto Eutor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Viedma AFC's zone, Emanuel Aznaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arturo Obeko came out of the goal and Emanuel Aznaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Candido Ihazintu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Viedma AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Candido Ihazintu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gilberto Eutor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emanuel Aznaro in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arturo Obeko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julio Licerio made a kick off. If Orlando Ondino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Lapurdi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute, Leonides Chepe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute, Victoriano Etxatxu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arturo Obeko was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Eustaquio Neto's late challenge caught a La 94 Del Trico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eustaquio Neto helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of La 94 Del Trico booed when Viedma AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustaquio Neto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 76 played minutes, La 94 Del Trico's Orlando Ondino shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arturo Obeko came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in La 94 Del Trico reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Aznaro in the 84th minute of play forced Viedma AFC's goalkeeper Arturo Obeko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the match, La 94 Del Trico's Emanuel Aznaro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arturo Obeko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Viedma AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Orlando Ondino was slow to take the kick. During this time La 94 Del Trico's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Orlando Ondino got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arturo Obeko quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Candido Ihazintu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gilberto Eutor having to make a save. When the referee ended the match the La 94 Del Trico players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
