The Urusmayo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Nestor Rufo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Slawomir Pazura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ildefonso Oinaz hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. António Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Rufo having to interfere. In the 20th minute Godfredo Costante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Ezkerra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvano Feliz scored 1-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Prospero Ezkerra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvano Feliz in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Prospero Ezkerra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godfredo Costante in the 27th minute of play forced Urusmayo's goalkeeper Prospero Ezkerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute, Tabaquillo's Lucas Olentzaro seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Lucas Olentzaro the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Tabaquillo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Lucas Olentzaro had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 30th match minute, Tabaquillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Olentzaro to maneuver through the defense. 31 minutes into the match, Tabaquillo's goalkeeper Nestor Rufo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gogo Filipo. In the 33rd match minute, Tabaquillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmiro Millano to maneuver through the defense. Romeo Rosario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Nestor Rufo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prospero Ezkerra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Millano, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Prospero Ezkerra came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Tabaquillo's Marcial Haitz. But to his dismay, Marcial Haitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Prospero Ezkerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Feliz in the 45th minute of play. Prospero Ezkerra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Millano, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silvano Feliz to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, António Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Urusmayo's supporters rose to their feet, but António Santos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nestor Rufo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Isidro Cordera kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Delmiro Millano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Prospero Ezkerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute of the match, Marcial Haitz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Prospero Ezkerra was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Silvano Feliz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Prospero Ezkerra having to make a save. Prospero Ezkerra was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Delmiro Millano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 67 minute of play. After 73 minutes, Silvano Feliz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tabaquillo and the Urusmayo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 73rd match minute, Tabaquillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvano Feliz to maneuver through the defense. Prospero Ezkerra came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Tabaquillo's Marcial Haitz. But to his dismay, Marcial Haitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. In the 79th match minute, Urusmayo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosme Oliverios to maneuver through the defense. Tabaquillo's Marcial Haitz got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 83 minutes, Aristides Primo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Urusmayo and the Tabaquillo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 84th match minute, Urusmayo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristides Primo to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Prospero Ezkerra managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Tabaquillo's Marcial Haitz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 88 minutes into the game, Marcial Haitz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-5. Prospero Ezkerra was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 93rd minute, Romeo Rosario made a precise shot to the right of Nestor Rufo. Tabaquillo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-5. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tabaquillo walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
