Sorin Balaban kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. If Ignacio Patxi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ignacio Patxi struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Sixto Jerold didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ibáñez. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teobaldo Ganix got free with Sixto Jerold in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Rodrigo Orti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ibáñez's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Orti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sixto Jerold breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With 29 minutes on the clock, Everardo Kemen commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 37 minutes into the match, inspirebysk team's goal looked a bit too open when Honorio Porfirio came free, but Sixto Jerold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ignacio Patxi came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Ibáñez fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ignacio Patxi couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, inspirebysk team's Ernesto Ledesma got a free kick in the 47th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Sixto Jerold took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Orti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 56 minutes, Teobaldo Ganix managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ibáñez's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teobaldo Ganix was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ignacio Patxi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Jerold having to interfere. A collision led to inspirebysk team getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Severino Fagildo hit a great ball. Camilo Osoitz scored 1-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sixto Jerold, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ignacio Patxi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 71st minute, inspirebysk team's Alvaro Nuno ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ermegildo Odon. Ermegildo Odon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Alvaro Nuno's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ermegildo Odon firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Rodrigo Orti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Rodrigo Orti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Honorio Porfirio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Sixto Jerold tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teobaldo Ganix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 96th minute Teobaldo Ganix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Jerold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
