An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Shepherd in the 15th minute of play forced Azopardo's goalkeeper Daniel Odol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Azopardo's goalkeeper couldn't reach when 蒋海国 18 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. 23 minutes into the match, Bandera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Cuarto came free, but Alberto Oihenarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciro Shepherd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Oihenarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Cuarto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Odol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 蒋海国 in the 28th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that 蒋海国's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniel Odol was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. In the 35th minute, Ciro Shepherd got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Daniel Odol managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Bandera FC's 蒋海国 fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Daniel Odol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 蒋海国, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 蒋海国 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Odol having to interfere. Daniel Odol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Shepherd in the 45th minute of play.

The wind increased when 蒋海国 made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Saturnino Unax managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bandera FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Saturnino Unax was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Odol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ciro Shepherd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Daniel Odol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Anibal Bortzaioriz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute Saturnino Unax shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Odol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 played minutes Bandera FC got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Unax. Amancio Senio hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After 75 played minutes Bandera FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Sotero. Honorio Segio struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Alberto Oihenarte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azopardo. If Ciro Shepherd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Daniel Odol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 蒋海国, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 96 minutes, 蒋海国 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bandera FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but 蒋海国 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Bandera FC had played much better football throughout.
