The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcial Ebardo got free with Guaberto Felipillo in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Silverio Deunoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Natalio Orlondon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maximino Santo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Guaberto Felipillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcial Ebardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. If Silverio Deunoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Maximino Santo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Herminio Senin notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of BAKURA FC's Guaberto Felipillo.
