The coaching staff of CA Magasterio protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Virgilio Atauri had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of La ChangoBand FC booed when CA Magasterio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgilio Atauri didn't get a good kick on the ball. A throw-in in the 13th minute of the game was made by Baltasar Marquez with Luis Silvino as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The referee ignored CA Magasterio's protests and gave Ermegildo Lluterio a yellow card for diving instead. Ermegildo Lluterio hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Osvaldo Guillerme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Lope in the 35th minute of play. Honorio Lope hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute, Ermegildo Lluterio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Ermegildo Lluterio managed to get in a good position for a shot. CA Magasterio's supporters rose to their feet, but Ermegildo Lluterio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Osvaldo Guillerme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Honorio Lope stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, CA Magasterio's Ermegildo Lluterio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Osvaldo Guillerme narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner went over the outstretched arms of La ChangoBand FC's goalie and right to Emanuel Clodio. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. La ChangoBand FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Enrique Franco was a little too slow when Rodolfo Tello got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 1-1. Honorio Lope kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Emiliano Tauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ermegildo Lluterio struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Osvaldo Guillerme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CA Magasterio. CA Magasterio's Honorio Lope got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Enrique Franco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luis Silvino in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Tello in the 72nd minute of play forced CA Magasterio's goalkeeper Enrique Franco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute Honorio Lope suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. Hannes Roovik's late challenge caught a CA Magasterio's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hannes Roovik helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in La ChangoBand FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 73rd minute. Penalty! When Rodolfo Tello fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La ChangoBand FC's protests and gave Rodolfo Tello a yellow card for diving instead. After 80 played minutes La ChangoBand FC got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Tello. Hannes Roovik was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 83 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute, Hannes Roovik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ambrosio Bizen in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Osvaldo Guillerme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 89 played minutes La ChangoBand FC got a freekick which was hit by Jilian Jongbloedt. After a rather tough play, La ChangoBand FC's Emiliano Tauro got a free kick in the 90th minute. If Luis Silvino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. CA Magasterio had won after a very even match.
