An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Ixona in the 6th minute of play forced Carrizales's goalkeeper Inocencio Nesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Emilio Reynardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute Tomás Aztore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Malvin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carrizales's Inocencio Nesto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Carrizales from getting a goal against them. Floresta Fobal Club's Gilberto Malvin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejandro Benino in the 20th minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Floresta Fobal Club's Justo Ixona dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 26 minutes into the game, Bartolo Vistruario was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Floresta Fobal Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carrizales the free kick. A collision led to Floresta Fobal Club getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Bartolo Vistruario hit a great ball. Gilberto Malvin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Abar in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute Alejandro Benino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Malvin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Floresta Fobal Club getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Oscar Joanes hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Carrizales's Epifanio Ritchie tried to score from far away in the 31st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Bartuelo in the 36th minute of play forced Floresta Fobal Club's goalkeeper Gilberto Malvin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Ixona in the 39th minute of play forced Carrizales's goalkeeper Inocencio Nesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Justo Ixona struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Inocencio Nesto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Floresta Fobal Club. After a rather tough play, Floresta Fobal Club's Emilio Reynardo got a free kick in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomás Aztore to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Alejandro Benino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Malvin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emilio Reynardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Inocencio Nesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilberto Malvin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Aztore in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Mauricio Lorien hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 65 played minutes Carrizales got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Benino. After 67 played minutes Carrizales got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Lorien. Inocencio Nesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Reynardo in the 70th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Justo Ixona got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Inocencio Nesto quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Inocencio Nesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justo Ixona in the 78th minute of the match. If Justo Ixona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justo Ixona in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Inocencio Nesto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 88th minute, Carrizales's Alejandro Benino dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Justo Ixona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inocencio Nesto having to interfere. The Carrizales players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Floresta Fobal Club from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
