An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Eliu in the 10th minute of play forced Bagual FC's goalkeeper Fodil Lacarne to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aaron Assmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Fodil Lacarne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Hernan Eliu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Croto-FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hernan Eliu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fodil Lacarne breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Bagual FC's Fodil Lacarne got control of the ball when Saul Suero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aaron Assmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Fodil Lacarne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Bagual FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Mateo Iyan hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bagual FC's zone, Hernan Eliu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodil Lacarne came out of the goal and Hernan Eliu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hernan Eliu didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-0 via right post in the game's 29th minute. Croto-FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Croto-FC's Lucio Gregory played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Richie in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Javier Xabat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucio Gregory was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 41st minute of the match, Saul Suero got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fodil Lacarne was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 43rd minute Arnoldo Richie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucio Gregory saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucio Gregory showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnoldo Richie, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Hernan Eliu made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Aaron Assmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 66th minute, Arnoldo Richie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucio Gregory was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. The throw-in from Jorge Machado in the 72nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Bagual FC's Isidro Piearres. In the 75thth minute of the game Hernan Eliu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bagual FC's Fodil Lacarne was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Croto-FC fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when Croto-FC's Hernan Eliu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
