Ildefonso Iratze was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 5th match minute, Paso a Paso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Raszkiewicz to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Club Atlético Toro Rojo booed when Paso a Paso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Nastasio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute, Paso a Paso's Benito Clementi seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Benito Clementi the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Paso a Paso protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Benito Clementi had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, Paso a Paso's Benito Clementi got a free kick in the 17th minute. Ildefonso Iratze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Raszkiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 21 minutes, Clemente Erruki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Toro Rojo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clemente Erruki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Paso a Paso defense, Jesus Gonsalvo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roberto Hats. The Paso a Paso fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roberto Hats should have stopped the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Igor Raszkiewicz made a kick off. Paso a Paso's Roberto Hats played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesus Gonsalvo in the 52nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Clemente Erruki put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Roberto Hats. Francesco Gentili's late challenge caught a Club Atlético Toro Rojo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francesco Gentili helped the player get up and apologised. Zunbeltz Peinador shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Clemente Erruki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Roberto Hats tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paso a Paso's Igor Raszkiewicz got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 71 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Toro Rojo's goalkeeper Ildefonso Iratze had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florencio Guib. The crowd rose to their feet as Florencio Guib kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ildefonso Iratze. That made the score 5-2 in the 71 minute of play. Roberto Hats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesus Gonsalvo in the 74th minute of play. Roberto Hats took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zunbeltz Peinador, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute Zunbeltz Peinador shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Hats saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th match minute, Paso a Paso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Cordeara to maneuver through the defense. Roberto Hats showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zunbeltz Peinador, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Americo Quintyn managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paso a Paso's supporters rose to their feet, but Americo Quintyn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ildefonso Iratze breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Americo Quintyn got free with Ildefonso Iratze in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Paso a Paso's Americo Quintyn slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ildefonso Iratze. That made the score 5-3 after 84 minutes of play. Club Atlético Toro Rojo's Ildefonso Iratze proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Toro Rojo from getting a goal against them. Paso a Paso's Roberto Hats played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Erruki in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesus Gonsalvo in the 89th minute of play forced Paso a Paso's goalkeeper Roberto Hats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francesco Gentili kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Roberto Rivas hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Igor Raszkiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 97 minutes into the match, Clemente Erruki notched a goal, 6-3, to the right of Paso a Paso's Roberto Hats. Roberto Hats was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Club Atlético Toro Rojo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
