Spectators: 7062 (Terracing: 5329, Seating: 1633, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Urbano Alvarez took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 18thth minute of the game Urbano Alvarez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cortadera's Dorival Veiga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Victor Celino made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Romulo Cesaro sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Ordoqui FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Luis Gartzi hit a great ball. Victor Celino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leon Rencio's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Cortadera's Dorival Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Alvarez in the 30th minute of play. Juninho das Neves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dorival Veiga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute Leon Rencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Celino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute of the match Saul Cordarryl sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dorival Veiga skillfully saved the ball. After some careless play in the Ordoqui FC defense, Alfonso Scibilia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victor Celino. The Ordoqui FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victor Celino should have stopped the shot. In the 46th minute, Saul Cordarryl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leon Rencio was the one to do the kick off. Ordoqui FC's Victor Celino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Scibilia in the 54th minute of play. Victor Celino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Rencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. The corner led to Cortadera's Arnaldo Montrel getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Ordoqui FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leopoldo Cibran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leon Rencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Celino having to interfere. 64 minutes into the game, Casado Saez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ordoqui FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cortadera the free kick. Casado Saez kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Romulo Cesaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alfonso Scibilia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Victor Celino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victor Celino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basilio Rayman in the 73rd minute of the match. Dorival Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urbano Alvarez, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. The supporters of Cortadera booed when Ordoqui FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Cibran didn't get a good kick on the ball.
