The Calva FC fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Calva FC's Narciso Urtungo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Narciso Urtungo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Florencio Beturian during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cosme Teyo's late challenge caught a CHACO FOR EVER's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cosme Teyo helped the player get up and apologised. Cosme Teyo hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Flavio Ekhi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Jenaro in the 30th minute of play. Everardo Jenaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Flavio Ekhi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, CHACO FOR EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Urtungo came free, but Flavio Ekhi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Narciso Urtungo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Everardo Jenaro put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Flavio Ekhi. Flavio Ekhi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Jenaro in the 41st minute of play. After having played for 42 minutes, Narciso Urtungo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Calva FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Narciso Urtungo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Urtungo in the 45th minute of play forced CHACO FOR EVER's goalkeeper Flavio Ekhi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 minutes of play CHACO FOR EVER's Florencio Beturian was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 46th minute, Florencio Beturian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luciano Loco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Calva FC got a freekick which was hit by Cosme Teyo. After having played for 54 minutes, Felipe Cordairo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CHACO FOR EVER's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Cordairo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Calva FC's Narciso Urtungo got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Flavio Ekhi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Everardo Jenaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Narciso Urtungo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Flavio Ekhi made a huge save. A collision led to CHACO FOR EVER getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Aristides Abascal hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, CHACO FOR EVER's Constantino Berdaitz got a free kick in the 74th minute. Narciso Urtungo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Ekhi having to interfere. Felipe Cordairo kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Narciso Urtungo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 94 minutes into the match, CHACO FOR EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Everardo Jenaro came free, but Flavio Ekhi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Everardo Jenaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Calva FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than CHACO FOR EVER throughout the match.
