Alberto Ourente's late challenge caught a Trapalcó AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After having played for 18 minutes, Patricio Balesio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trapalcó AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Balesio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 19th minute Feliciano Iago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Nabar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Gaudencio Bikendi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute of the match Feliciano Iago sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Freddy Nabar skillfully saved the ball. Freddy Nabar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolae Mara in the 24th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edelmiro Aragones during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. But to his dismay, Roman Gregorczyk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 40 minutes, Nicolae Mara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trapalcó AFC and the los galacticos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of los galacticos FC booed when Trapalcó AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolae Mara didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcelo Gau to make the kick off. After 55 minutes, Feliciano Dayam mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trapalcó AFC and the los galacticos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Trapalcó AFC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Feliciano Dayam hit a great ball. Roman Gregorczyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gaudencio Bikendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Freddy Nabar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Balesio, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 64th match minute, Trapalcó AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Rik to maneuver through the defense. Freddy Nabar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliciano Iago in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute of the match, Nicolae Mara got a very nice opportunity to score, but Freddy Nabar was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Nicolae Mara made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 79thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Freddy Nabar would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Roman Gregorczyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute Patricio Balesio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Nabar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feliciano Dayam kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Trapalcó AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
