Vinalito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Romero the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustino Arnalt in the 20th minute of play forced Vinalito's goalkeeper Marcelo Laurentzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Romero getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Jaime Abadia hit a great ball. Teodoro Senna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Maximiliano Justin made a huge save. If Gervasio Breogan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodoro Senna got free with Maximiliano Justin in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Teodoro Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vinalito's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodoro Senna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximiliano Justin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 34th minute Danilo Abarca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Laurentzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, Teodoro Senna lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Maximiliano Justin. Gervasio Breogan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Teodoro Senna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximiliano Justin was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teodoro Senna stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After recieving a nice pass, Romero's Aquiles Oliveiro tried to score from far away in the 61st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 71 minutes into the match, Teodoro Senna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maximiliano Justin. Romero's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teodoro Senna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Jonatan Lekubegi's late challenge caught a Vinalito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonatan Lekubegi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Vinalito getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Cristo Fernandez hit a great ball. When Vinalito's Teodoro Senna in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Romero's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Romero defense, Teodoro Senna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximiliano Justin. The Romero fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximiliano Justin should have stopped the shot. In the 89thth minute of the game Teodoro Senna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Romero's Maximiliano Justin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Gervasio Breogan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teodoro Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vinalito walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
