Amancio Hechter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teofilo Joseph went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. With an all-out effort, Usiyal's Amancio Hechter threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arsenio Xabel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The referee felt a red card was in order, 13 minutes into the game, when Tobias Osoitz put in a rough tackle. After 12 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for CFC! Donato Rosio scored 2-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amancio Hechter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Cecilio Adrio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Clodoveo Gagriel in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eusebio Osorio saved Usiyal from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Joseph in the 22nd minute of play forced CFC's goalkeeper Amancio Hechter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clodoveo Gagriel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amancio Hechter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 44th minute of the match Donato Rosio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amancio Hechter showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Clodoveo Gagriel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Eusebio Osorio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Clodoveo Gagriel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eusebio Osorio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cecilio Adrio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teofilo Joseph hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Eusebio Osorio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Gagriel in the 60th minute of the match. Clodoveo Gagriel struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Eusebio Osorio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CFC. Eusebio Osorio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clodoveo Gagriel, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. If Miguel Manuelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, CFC's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Manuelo came free, but Amancio Hechter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CFC's Amancio Hechter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arsenio Xabel in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clodoveo Gagriel in the 77th minute of play forced Usiyal's goalkeeper Eusebio Osorio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amancio Hechter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arsenio Xabel, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as CFC's Clodoveo Gagriel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eusebio Osorio. That made the score 3-1 after 82 minutes of play. Usiyal's Miguel Manuelo got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 90th minute Clodoveo Gagriel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebio Osorio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Cecilio Adrio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teofilo Joseph's late challenge caught a CFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teofilo Joseph helped the player get up and apologised. After 96 played minutes Usiyal got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Joseph.
