Somisero de pendejo's supporters crossed their fingers, but German Cordairo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 9th minute Marian Vulcănescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arlindo Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Marian Vulcănescu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arlindo Perez. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. A collision led to C.A Alumni getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Marco Basajaun hit a great ball. Aldo Berbiz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Arlindo Perez. C.A Alumni's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Arlindo Perez had great luck who in the 22ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Marian Vulcănescu from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 25th minute of the match, Marian Vulcănescu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arlindo Perez saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 28 minutes into the game, Marian Vulcănescu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arlindo Perez. Marian Vulcănescu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Arlindo Perez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Vulcănescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C.A Alumni's Arlindo Perez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save C.A Alumni from getting a goal against them. German Cordairo made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 34thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Arlindo Perez would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. German Cordairo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Arlindo Perez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 36th match minute, Somisero de pendejo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Bittor to maneuver through the defense. When Ezequiel Hechter came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the C.A Alumni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ezequiel Hechter couldn't finish the play. 47 minutes into the match, C.A Alumni's goalkeeper Arlindo Perez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by German Cordairo. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ezequiel Hechter to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Marian Vulcănescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Somisero de pendejo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. German Cordairo took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arlindo Perez. Arlindo Perez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 77 minutes into the match, Marian Vulcănescu notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of C.A Alumni's Arlindo Perez. Arlindo Perez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Arlindo Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from German Cordairo in the 84th minute of the match. If Emanuel Nerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute, Tobias Bittor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Clodoveo Iturri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuel Nerio in the 92nd minute. When Somisero de pendejo's German Cordairo in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.A Alumni's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that German Cordairo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arlindo Perez was relentless in the 99th minute of the game. Somisero de pendejo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
