An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Mikeldi in the 11th minute of play forced Diablos F.C's goalkeeper Maximiliano Quintun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Sabagasta FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Augusto Correia fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 18 minutes into the game, Sabagasta FC's Lázaro Cai nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maximiliano Quintun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Augusto Correias short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Adan Ibar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sabagasta FC's Adan Ibar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Sabagasta FC from getting a goal against them. Isaias Boniel hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabio Mikeldi during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zbigniew Konopka made a kick off. Maximiliano Quintun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Mikeldi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sabagasta FC's Iker Galsino was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Maximiliano Quintun in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Diablos F.C's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Fabio Mikeldi 86 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-3. Lázaro Cai hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. If Fabio Mikeldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lázaro Cai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sabagasta FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
