In the 20th minute, Roque Sandaili got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albano Eleder during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, LEONES NEGROS's Albano Eleder got a free kick in the 21st minute. Ruperto Endira was a little too slow when Haroldo Bemabe got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When Roque Sandaili came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Abel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roque Sandaili couldn't finish the play. Ruperto Endira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo Bemabe, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Aaron Estevon kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After some careless play in the LEONES NEGROS defense, Haroldo Bemabe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ruperto Endira. The LEONES NEGROS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ruperto Endira should have stopped the shot. Roque Sandaili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruperto Endira having to interfere. A hard shot by Albano Eleder from long distance, 93 minutes into the match, got Gonzalo Sindo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Abel's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
