Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Angelo Distiratsu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Pontaut's Igor Maura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Lore in the 4th minute of play. Angelo Distiratsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 10 played minutes La Quema got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Errando. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Garci in the 12th minute of play forced Pontaut's goalkeeper Igor Maura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Igor Maura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lino Lore in the 14th minute of the match. It was beautiful to see Pontaut's Gaspar Peter in action when he in the 16th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Lore in the 20th minute of play forced Pontaut's goalkeeper Igor Maura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pontaut's zone, Lino Lore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Igor Maura came out of the goal and Lino Lore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Angelo Distiratsu's late challenge caught a La Quema's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angelo Distiratsu helped the player get up and apologised. After 35 played minutes Pontaut got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Distiratsu. Gabriel Garci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Angelo Distiratsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lino Lore was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Bernardino Arias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norberto Pirmin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardino Arias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norberto Pirmin having to interfere. Norberto Pirmin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Norberto Pirmin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Arias in the 73rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in La Quema's zone, Bernardino Arias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. When Bernardino Arias came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Pontaut fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardino Arias couldn't finish the play. Bernardino Arias struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Norberto Pirmin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pontaut. La Quema's Gabriel Garci got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, Pontaut's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Lore came free, but Igor Maura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pontaut's Bernardino Arias got a free kick in the 89th minute. Lino Lore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, Pontaut's goalkeeper Igor Maura had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriel Garci. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pontaut's goalkeeper Igor Maura, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Bernardino Arias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pontaut's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardino Arias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Norberto Pirmin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
