Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Fidel Ilazki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Chumo in the 6th minute of play. After 13 played minutes Millonario de Lanus got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Laurentzi. 18 minutes into the match, Millonario de Lanus's goalkeeper Rigoberto Tallia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ovidio Barea. After 21 minutes, Pedro Laurentzi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Millonario de Lanus and the Laboulaye players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pedro Laurentzi hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Gaston Regis kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Laboulaye's Yuri Sabóia quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Orlando Abad, made in the 25th minute of the game. Lech Spychalski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rigoberto Tallia having to interfere. 32 minutes into the game, Lech Spychalski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Laboulaye's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Millonario de Lanus the free kick. Fidel Ilazki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Augusto Chumo's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. After having played for 34 minutes, Severino Tulio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Millonario de Lanus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severino Tulio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Millonario de Lanus's Pedro Laurentzi got a free kick in the 36th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 53rd minute Severino Tulio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidel Ilazki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Laboulaye's Arnoldo Cuarto got a free kick in the 57th minute. Ovidio Barea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fidel Ilazki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Chumo, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the game, Augusto Chumo lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Fidel Ilazki. Severino Tulio hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. The supporters of Millonario de Lanus booed when Laboulaye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesar Llorienzo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Laboulaye's Ovidio Barea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rigoberto Tallia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 81 minutes into the match, Laboulaye's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Chumo came free, but Fidel Ilazki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fidel Ilazki came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Millonario de Lanus's Severino Tulio. But to his dismay, Severino Tulio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Lech Spychalski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Millonario de Lanus defense, Ovidio Barea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rigoberto Tallia. The Millonario de Lanus fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rigoberto Tallia should have stopped the shot.
