Ricardo Furman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Dunixi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 14 played minutes Newpi F.C got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Rodas. Samuel Dunixi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuel Dunixi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ricardo Furman having to make a save. The supporters of Antapoca FC booed when Newpi F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Mano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adan Havier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciriaco Polentzi in the 29th minute. Rigoberto Sayvion received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Adan Havier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samuel Dunixi struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Ricardo Furman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Antapoca FC. In the 37th minute Samuel Dunixi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Furman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Israel Chuse had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardo Furman. Newpi F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Israel Chuse was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Israel Chuse stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Newpi F.C getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Zacarias Lopes hit a great ball. In the 52nd minute, Samuel Dunixi made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo Furman. Newpi F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The supporters of Newpi F.C booed when Antapoca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Faro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Samuel Dunixi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Ricardo Furman made a huge save. Samuel Dunixi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Newpi F.C getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Rigoberto Sayvion hit a great ball. If Samuel Dunixi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 78 played minutes Newpi F.C got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Mano. When Israel Chuse came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Antapoca FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Israel Chuse couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute, Israel Chuse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ciriaco Polentzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 88 minutes, Israel Chuse managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Antapoca FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Israel Chuse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antapoca FC's Samuel Dunixi got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antapoca FC played a much better game than Newpi F.C and deserved their victory. The Newpi F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
