Spectators: 7068 (Terracing: 5303, Seating: 1625, VIP seats: 140) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hivzija Imamović started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hivzija Imamović in the 9th minute of play forced Nuevo San Pedro's goalkeeper Cipriano Qwinton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Herminio Cordarin in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cipriano Qwinton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Nuevo San Pedro booed when Tello was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Berart didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florencio Henric hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Antonio Emmanuel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Bautista in the 21st minute of the match. 23 minutes into the game, Pascual Bautista recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Antonio Emmanuel. Pascual Bautista showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. When Hivzija Imamović came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Tello fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hivzija Imamović couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Nuevo San Pedro defense, Hivzija Imamović kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cipriano Qwinton. The Nuevo San Pedro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cipriano Qwinton should have stopped the shot. If Herminio Cordarin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Herminio Cordarin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Cipriano Qwinton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cipriano Qwinton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herminio Cordarin, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Hivzija Imamović received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Cipriano Qwinton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the game, Mario Frans was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nuevo San Pedro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tello the free kick. In the 45th minute, Mario Frans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Cipriano Qwinton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herminio Cordarin's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Cipriano Qwinton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Cordarin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tello's Antonio Emmanuel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Berto in the 58th minute of play. Antonio Emmanuel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascual Bautista in the 60th minute of play. If Herminio Cordarin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cipriano Qwinton was a little too slow when Herminio Cordarin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 1-3. After 76 played minutes Tello got a freekick which was hit by Albano Normando. 81 minutes into the game, Herminio Cordarin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cipriano Qwinton. Herminio Cordarin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Silvio Enmanuel was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 90th minute. Tello's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 92 minutes into the game, Florencio Henric was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nuevo San Pedro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tello the free kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Herminio Cordarin in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cipriano Qwinton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tello played a much better game than Nuevo San Pedro and deserved their victory. The Nuevo San Pedro players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
