Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Roman Monte kicked off to start the match. In the 7th minute, Roman Monte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 8 minutes, Roman Monte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ialmonchenko's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roman Monte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Monte in the 12th minute of play forced HORIZONTE FC's goalkeeper Dante Piarres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Roman Monte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Efrain Virila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 20 minutes into the match, HORIZONTE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Monte came free, but Dante Piarres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Igor Domiku sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roman Monte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Piarres having to interfere. Alejo Refugio's late challenge caught a HORIZONTE FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alejo Refugio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th minute, Alejo Refugio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute Nereo Llorian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Piarres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Piarres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Monte in the 31st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Domiku in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Piarres saved HORIZONTE FC from getting behind. Dante Piarres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Monte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Ialmonchenko fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Ialmonchenko's Igor Domiku looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 43rd minute Roman Monte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Piarres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Igor Domiku came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Ialmonchenko fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igor Domiku couldn't finish the play. Nereo Llorian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Dante Piarres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Carolo Salvidor made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Ialmonchenko getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Dobromir Gruchacz hit a great ball. But to his dismay, Roman Monte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 69 minutes in the game, Roman Monte fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Dante Piarres having to interfere. When Roman Monte came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Ialmonchenko fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roman Monte couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Leonel Gilabert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ialmonchenko's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonel Gilabert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernst Klementsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Dante Piarres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ialmonchenko's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
