Denis Eutropio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucio Ilazki couldn't finish the play. After 48 minutes, Rene Dodorol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Puisoyé FC and the FC salto players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rene Dodorol kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

After 90 played minutes, FC salto's Victorio Savier shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Genaro Argina came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC salto reached it. Gabriel Jesco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Denis Eutropio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Gau in the 99th minute of the match. Puisoyé FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
