Spectators: 6664 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 7) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gelu Schiau started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Gelu Schiau got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 9th minute by Miguel Gaztea got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 12th minute, one of Popoy FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Popoy FC. Haroldo Filipo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 18th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Leon Meder. Haroldo Filipo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gelu Schiau showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 20 minute of play. A hard shot 23 in the game by Miguel Gaztea from a close distance when the talented Haroldo Filipo managed to make a qualified save. Popoy FC's players were relieved. The supporters of Popoy FC booed when Sarmiento was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Kepa didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Sarmiento fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Sarmiento's Miguel Gaztea looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 32nd minute Gelu Schiau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haroldo Filipo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sarmiento's Leon Meder shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 37th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Haroldo Filipo but with some difficulty. After 38th play minutes Miguel Gaztea shot 7-0, a short shot which went by Haroldo Filipo and just under the crossbar into goal. 44 minutes into the match, Popoy FC's goalkeeper Haroldo Filipo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Gaztea.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Gaztea in the 51st minute of play forced Popoy FC's goalkeeper Haroldo Filipo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roman Elia during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Popoy FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Roman Elia hit a great ball. In the 53rd minute, Gelu Schiau made a precise shot to the right of Haroldo Filipo. Popoy FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Popoy FC's Haroldo Filipo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Gaztea in the 71st minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Delmiro Fonso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute Gelu Schiau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haroldo Filipo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Haroldo Filipo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gelu Schiau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute Ramiro Eguerdi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Mogel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Popoy FC's Haroldo Filipo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Itzaina in the 84th minute of play. If Gelu Schiau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Gelu Schiau ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Haroldo Filipo was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0.
