After 12 played minutes Arenales FC got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Cordeiro. If Artemio Rosalio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 15 minutes into the match, Victoriano Aragones had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roman Otoniel. Rosario Central's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victoriano Aragones was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Arenales FC's Jacobo Paio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Luken in the 18th minute of play. Jacobo Paio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Artemio Rosalio in the 23rd minute. Roman Luken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 26 minutes into the match, Roman Luken had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Paio. Arenales FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roman Luken was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. David Enol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Otoniel having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Rosario Central's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano Aragones came free, but Roman Otoniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arenales FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Artemio Rosalio made a kick off. In the 55th minute Artemio Rosalio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Paio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arenales FC were furious when Arsenio Luke was red carded, 61 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Jacobo Paio came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Rosario Central's Roman Luken. But to his dismay, Roman Luken quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. After having played for 64 minutes, Artemio Rosalio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosario Central's supporters crossed their fingers, but Artemio Rosalio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Arenales FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Felipe Oliviero hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the game, Rosario Central's Guido Domeka nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacobo Paio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Roman Luken received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Jacobo Paio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rosario Central's Arturo Duarte was substituted for Artemio Rosalio. Roman Luken fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Paio having to interfere. After having played for 83 minutes, David Enol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arenales FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Enol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arturo Duarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Arturo Duarte's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacobo Paio was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. Rosario Central's Arturo Duarte got a good chance for a goal in the 99th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
