In the 12th minute of the match, Airidas Rudaitis got a very nice opportunity to score, but Camilo Abeijon was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 13 played minutes Dolores got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Padro. Blas Federigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Raebert, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Blas Federigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Raebert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sly Dimmock might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Camilo Abeijon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The audience was convinced that Aurelio Raebert's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Blas Federigo was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Sly Dimmock struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Camilo Abeijon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atletico GAL. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sly Dimmock to strike the kick off in the second half. Camilo Abeijon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Airidas Rudaitis, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 60th minute, one of Dolores:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Dolores. In the 69th minute Sly Dimmock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Abeijon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Dolores's zone, Ariel Lamberto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camilo Abeijon came out of the goal and Ariel Lamberto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 73rd match minute, Dolores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anier Eusko to maneuver through the defense. Camilo Abeijon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ariel Lamberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Dolores's Mariano Laurentzi got a free kick in the 81st minute. When Sly Dimmock came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Club Atletico GAL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sly Dimmock couldn't finish the play. Dolores's Anier Eusko shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 87th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Blas Federigo but with some difficulty. 96 minutes into the match, Dolores's goal looked a bit too open when Sly Dimmock came free, but Camilo Abeijon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sly Dimmock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Club Atletico GAL were the better team. Club Atletico GAL's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
