Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Victorio Enaut to make the kick off. In the 70th match minute, Carreras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Generoso Dolfos to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the match, Rincón AFC's Cecilio Bultron broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. Natalio Froylan took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luiz Eduardo Esteves. Luiz Eduardo Esteves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-8. Luiz Eduardo Esteves made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Natalio Froylan sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle sounded Rincón AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Carreras.
