Peter Swift made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesus Frichoso in the 7th minute of play. If Jesus Frichoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, Joel Peio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Denis Panpili. los pibes de la AKD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Peio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 16 minutes into the match, los pibes de la AKD's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Peio came free, but Denis Panpili reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th match minute, A. C. Parque Telmo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Onal Mecnun to maneuver through the defense. A. C. Parque Telmo's Peter Swift proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save A. C. Parque Telmo from getting a goal against them. After having played for 32 minutes, Joel Peio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A. C. Parque Telmo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Peio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arsenio Baudelio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Denis Panpili having to make a save. Denis Panpili took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celso Roland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denis Panpili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Peio in the 38th minute of play. After 40 played minutes los pibes de la AKD got a freekick which was hit by Basilio Bazil. In the 41st minute Celso Roland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Panpili saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Peio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Arsenio Baudelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jesus Frichoso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Baudelio in the 54th minute of play forced los pibes de la AKD's goalkeeper Denis Panpili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Basilio Bazil was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 56 minutes had been played. A collision led to los pibes de la AKD getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Basilio Bazil hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, Arsenio Baudelio fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Reynaldo Eguzki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celso Roland's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Denis Panpili firmly grabbed it by the left post. Denis Panpili made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joel Peio in the 67th minute. Arsenio Baudelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Desiderio Dunixi kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Celso Roland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Denis Panpili was a little too slow when Arsenio Baudelio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 1-2. In the 82nd minute Eriberto Sandaili shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Panpili saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arsenio Baudelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Denis Panpili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of los pibes de la AKD booed when A. C. Parque Telmo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Sandaili didn't get a good kick on the ball. A. C. Parque Telmo played a much better game than los pibes de la AKD and deserved their victory. The los pibes de la AKD players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
