In the 5th match minute, Bien del Sur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Raymundo to maneuver through the defense. Alfredo Emenon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Simon Pasqual having to make a save. After 13 played minutes Bien del Sur got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Eleder. 15 minutes into the match, Bien del Sur's goalkeeper Simon Pasqual had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfredo Emenon. Reynaldo Iago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Simon Pasqual tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 31 minutes, Teo Iturri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bien del Sur and the Resident Evil lV players grew even worse after the yellow card. Resident Evil lV's Elvio Lizer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teo Iturri in the 38th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Resident Evil lV's zone, Gilles Perche stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elvio Lizer came out of the goal and Gilles Perche tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfredo Emenon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Pasqual having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Iker Alfonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Anibal Xabat charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anibal Xabat the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gilles Perche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Anastasio Enmanuel charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The attack was good, but when Gilles Perche in the 77th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 77 minutes into the game, one of Resident Evil lV:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 79 minutes, Bien del Sur's Horacio Eleder got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Elvio Lizer. In the 86th minute Gilles Perche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvio Lizer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 97 minutes of play, Resident Evil lV's Alfredo Emenon made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Simon Pasqual was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Resident Evil lV fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bien del Sur had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
