Gustavo Lonzo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 8 in the game by Bartolo Aznar from a close distance when the talented Wilfredo Uzuri managed to make a qualified save. Locura Tatengue FC's players were relieved. After 13 minutes, Orlando Tavio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Locura Tatengue FC and the sacachispa players grew even worse after the yellow card. Orlando Tavio hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Georg Hedlund did an outstanding performance 15 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 1-0 to the right of an irritated Wilfredo Uzuri in the goal. In the 23rd minute, Gustavo Lonzo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yavuz Selim Mahfuz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 26 minutes into the game, Locura Tatengue FC's Aurelio Burni nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yavuz Selim Mahfuz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustavo Lonzo in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yavuz Selim Mahfuz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 36 minutes into the match, Locura Tatengue FC's Aurelio Burni sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yavuz Selim Mahfuz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Burni in the 37th minute of play forced sacachispa's goalkeeper Yavuz Selim Mahfuz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anacleto Cambranes during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to sacachispa getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Anacleto Cambranes hit a great ball. After the first half Locura Tatengue FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Bartolo Aznar made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 56 minutes, Ezequiel Austin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. sacachispa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ezequiel Austin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Locura Tatengue FC defense, Anacleto Cambranes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilfredo Uzuri. The Locura Tatengue FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilfredo Uzuri should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Fulgencio Gines managed to get in a good position for a shot. sacachispa's supporters rose to their feet, but Fulgencio Gines was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilfredo Uzuri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, sacachispa's Anacleto Cambranes got a free kick in the 66th minute. Aurelio Burni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Yavuz Selim Mahfuz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 68th minute of the match Anacleto Cambranes completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Anacleto Cambranes a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to sacachispa getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Anacleto Cambranes hit a great ball. Gustavo Lonzo came free with the goalkeeper in the 72nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Yavuz Selim Mahfuz could save by the left post. Gustavo Lonzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yavuz Selim Mahfuz having to interfere. Yavuz Selim Mahfuz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurelio Burni in the 79th minute of the match. Aurelio Burni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Yavuz Selim Mahfuz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bartolo Aznar took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilfredo Uzuri. Wilfredo Uzuri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2.
