In the 9th match minute, Oliva FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Piarres to maneuver through the defense. Murillo Cordeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Villiam Löfkvist in the 10th minute of the match. If Villiam Löfkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Villiam Löfkvist made a kick off. Eloy Richie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Murillo Cordeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Aurelio Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the game, Villiam Löfkvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Murillo Cordeiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Villiam Löfkvist in the 62nd minute of play forced Oliva FC's goalkeeper Murillo Cordeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Murillo Cordeiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 90 minutes into the match, Oliva FC's goal looked a bit too open when Villiam Löfkvist came free, but Murillo Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mellis Futbol Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
