An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralf Stæhr in the 9th minute of play forced Stark F.C.'s goalkeeper Segundo Sadurni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Stark F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ralf Stæhr came free, but Segundo Sadurni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, Ralf Stæhr was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Limay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stark F.C. the free kick. A collision led to Limay getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Ralf Stæhr hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Stark F.C. defense, Mai Chuan Peng kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Segundo Sadurni. The Stark F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Segundo Sadurni should have stopped the shot. Segundo Sadurni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ralf Stæhr's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. The audience was convinced that Ralf Stæhr's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Segundo Sadurni was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. In the 31st minute Ralf Stæhr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Segundo Sadurni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ralf Stæhr to make the kick off. Ralf Stæhr could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Segundo Sadurni made a huge save. Teodoro Berriotxoa kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Ralf Stæhr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Segundo Sadurni having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Millan Mecaur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute Mai Chuan Peng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Segundo Sadurni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardino Errando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Bidun having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Nathan Hartson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute Bernardino Errando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Bidun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Limay's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
