In the 8th minute, Felix Jerold fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Americo Gonzo, passed just outside the right post. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Linas Steponavičius put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Blas Quexal. Blas Quexal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josué Azevedo in the 13th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Cerrito FC defense, Josué Azevedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Blas Quexal. The Cerrito FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Blas Quexal should have stopped the shot. Americo Gonzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Jerold in the 24th minute of the match. Ruperto Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Americo Gonzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Linas Steponavičius charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Linas Steponavičius the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Linas Steponavičius kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Americo Gonzo was a little too slow when Felix Jerold got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 1-2. In the 35th match minute, Chuck Norris FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Linas Steponavičius to maneuver through the defense. Delmiro Maties took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Blas Quexal. Cerrito FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Josué Azevedo took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Blas Quexal. Blas Quexal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

In the 56th minute Felix Jerold shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Americo Gonzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blas Quexal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Josué Azevedo in the 57th minute. Americo Gonzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wellington Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Linas Steponavičius managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chuck Norris FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Linas Steponavičius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Blas Quexal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 65 minutes into the game, Josué Azevedo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Blas Quexal. Josué Azevedo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. In the 70th minute Josué Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blas Quexal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Linas Steponavičius managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chuck Norris FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Linas Steponavičius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Blas Quexal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jairo Abadie lost his temper 86 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to Chuck Norris FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Jairo Abadie hit a great ball. In the 87th minute, Jacinto Miliano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 92 minutes into the game, Severo Roland was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cerrito FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chuck Norris FC the free kick. In the 92nd minute, Severo Roland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle went the supporters of Chuck Norris FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Cerrito FC side.
