Spectators: 6638 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1638, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Humberto Santiago started the match with the kick off. Wilfredo Navarro in the 7thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ezequiel Nahia, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Humberto Santiago recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Hughes FC's Eliseo Lope got a free kick in the 13th minute. Ezequiel Nahia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Santiago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Tocol AFC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Hector Arias hit a great ball. Cirilo Todor hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Tocol AFC's Marco Fertus tried to score from far away in the 24th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Hughes FC's Javier Rocendo got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Tocol AFC's Hector Arias got a free kick in the 37th minute. Wilfredo Navarro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Humberto Santiago came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Tocol AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Humberto Santiago couldn't finish the play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eliseo Lope was the one to do the kick off. In the 66thth minute of the game Wilfredo Navarro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hughes FC's Ezequiel Nahia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 71st minute, Wilfredo Navarro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Eliseo Lope had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the match, Hughes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Navarro came free, but Ezequiel Nahia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Santiago in the 83rd minute of play forced Hughes FC's goalkeeper Ezequiel Nahia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 played minutes Hughes FC got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Lope. When Eliseo Lope fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hughes FC's protests and gave Eliseo Lope a yellow card for diving instead. Eliseo Lope hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. When Tocol AFC's Humberto Santiago in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hughes FC's goalie prevented a goal. Humberto Santiago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Nahia having to interfere.
