After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Teodosio Cidro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Macapillo's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodosio Cidro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esteban Bero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee felt a red card was in order, 7 minutes into the game, when Angelino Giro put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 6th minute of the game. One of Macapillo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Deportivo Derrota:s goal. When the match had been going on for 8 minutes, Deportivo Derrota's Santo Amor got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Adrian Estevon. Ladislao Ipar hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. If Eustacio Rivero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th match minute, Macapillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ladislao Ipar to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute, Santo Amor sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Macapillo's Adrian Estevon didn't even have to move. After 16 played minutes Macapillo got a freekick which was hit by Ladislao Ipar. Adrian Estevon came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Derrota's Hernan Gorri. But to his dismay, Hernan Gorri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Teodosio Cidro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esteban Bero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodosio Cidro in the 25th minute of play. Adrian Estevon was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hernan Gorri showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 27 minute of play. If Hernan Gorri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrian Estevon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustacio Rivero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andres Frutos kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andres Frutos during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 38th minute, one of Macapillo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Macapillo. Santo Amor shot the penalty kick right outside the post. In the 44th minute Eustacio Rivero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Estevon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hernan Gorris short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Adrian Estevon to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teodosio Cidro to strike the kick off in the second half. Adrian Estevon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustacio Rivero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hernan Gorri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Adrian Estevon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Macapillo's zone, Eustacio Rivero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrian Estevon came out of the goal and Eustacio Rivero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teodosio Cidro might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Esteban Bero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teodosio Cidro ran back to his position shaking his head. Adan Ferdinand kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Deportivo Derrota's Esteban Bero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Derrota from getting a goal against them. In the 65thth minute of the game Hernan Gorri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Macapillo's Adrian Estevon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Hernan Gorri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, one of Macapillo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Macapillo. 76 minutes into the match, Teodosio Cidro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Esteban Bero, 4-1. Hernan Gorri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Adrian Estevon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adrian Estevon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Rivero in the 89th minute of the match. When Hernan Gorri came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Deportivo Derrota fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hernan Gorri couldn't finish the play. Hernan Gorri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Adrian Estevon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adrian Estevon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernan Gorri in the 97th minute of the match. After 101 minutes of play, Deportivo Derrota's Hernan Gorri made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adrian Estevon was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Deportivo Derrota players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
