The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Samuel Dolcet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jose Jobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Borracho y Cervecero's Eleuterio Cuarto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Celipe in the 13th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Fabio Celipe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eleuterio Cuarto. Borracho y Cervecero's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabio Celipe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Jose Jobo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Damian Ugaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Douglas Rohrer might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damian Ugaitz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Douglas Rohrer ran back to his position shaking his head. Filomeno Tiniebra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabio Celipe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleuterio Cuarto having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Acassuso's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Jobo came free, but Damian Ugaitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th match minute, Acassuso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Celipe to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute, Jose Jobo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 45 minutes of play, Acassuso's Filomeno Tiniebra made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eleuterio Cuarto was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Fabio Celipe's late challenge caught a Borracho y Cervecero's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabio Celipe helped the player get up and apologised. Gerhardt Obæk kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Borracho y Cervecero's Jose Jobo got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Filomeno Tiniebra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabio Celipe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Douglas Rohrer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 81 minutes of play Acassuso's Fabio Celipe was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Fabio Celipe hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 82 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Borracho y Cervecero's Douglas Rohrer fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. After some careless play in the Acassuso defense, Douglas Rohrer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damian Ugaitz. The Acassuso fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damian Ugaitz should have stopped the shot. Damian Ugaitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Douglas Rohrer in the 88th minute of the match.
