Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Serafin Jakue to make the kick off. In the 62nd minute, Maximino Mergildo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Guillermo Estevez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Gomez having to interfere. After 75 played minutes Eureska F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Marciano Macerio. Jeremias Gomez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximino Mergildo's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Jeremias Gomez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guillermo Estevez went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Maximino Mergildo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Jeremias Gomez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Derqui players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
