In the 17th minute, Pastor Caradaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pastor Caradaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Leo Armani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Segundo Cordarin in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leo Armani saved weed from getting behind. Marcelo Chorache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Armani having to interfere. Saul Cordearo charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Saul Cordearo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Saul Cordearo hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute Silvestre Senon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeo Rutenio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tadeo Rutenio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvestre Senon, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Segundo Cordarin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leo Armani. weed's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Segundo Cordarin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silvestre Senon to make the kick off. Jesus Errapel hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After having played for 56 minutes, Marcelo Chorache managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sowilo Rune FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcelo Chorache was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 58th minute, Jesus Errapel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leo Armani acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 59th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Orlando Gotzon. Pastor Caradaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the weed defense, Marcelo Chorache kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leo Armani. The weed fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leo Armani should have stopped the shot. Leo Armani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pastor Caradaro in the 72nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Sowilo Rune FC defense, Eduardo Ireno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tadeo Rutenio. The Sowilo Rune FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tadeo Rutenio should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, weed's Silvestre Senon got a free kick in the 92nd minute. If Marcelo Chorache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sowilo Rune FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
